The nineteenth annual conference of the Israel Association for Theoretical Linguistics was held at Ben Gurion University of the Negev in Beersheva on June 16-17, 2003. Many thanks to the conference committee, to the participants, and especially to local organizer Idan Landau.

This is the proceedings volume for the conference. All the papers that were presented at the conference are listed in the Table of Contents .
